Meet Dr. Arvid Edward from Bondi Vet

Dr. Arvid Edward practices at Kennesaw Mountain Veterinary Services in Georgia, USA. Dr Arvid is also known as the resident vet on TV series The Doctors and the star of TV series Pet Doctors of Atlanta. Dr Arvid is a passionate animal lover and a proud addition to our Bondi Vet team.

 

What do you enjoy most about your work with Bondi Vet: There’s a lot of things including the diversity of cases, the people you meet, and just being able to make an impact on not only pets’ lives, but pet owners lives too. We make a difference, and it gives me purpose which is what I love about working with the Bondi Vet family

If you weren’t a vet, what would you be? If I wasn’t a vet, the profession I would pursue would be acting. I’m an actor at heart, it’s my passion, I love it and honestly, I see it as something for the future as well

Favourite Place in the World: Used to be Maui, Hawaii but now it's definitely Costa Rica, Central America

Favourite Restaurant & Food: Chinese restaurant named Hsu's in downtown Atlanta, and my favourite dish there is the Spicy Salted Prawns

Your First Pet: My first pet was Terry, a miniature poodle we had when I was only 18 months old. We had Terry for a long time, and I remember him vividly even at such a young age

Best Pet Moment: This is more so an experience, but I got to work with camels. That was an experience like no other, and I also got to ride a camel for the first time

What is your favourite time of the year: That has to be Christmas, especially Christmas Eve. The anticipation, getting gifts ready, quality time with the kids, baking cookies, singing songs. It’s my favourite time of the year
