Classroom animals are a great way for teachers to make learning more fun. There are many benefits for having a pet in class, but it does take real responsibility to ensure the pet is appropriately cared for and loved. Some of the benefits of pets in class are as follows:
Benefit 1: Pets provide alternative ways for kids to learn in subjects like maths, science and geography eg – what is the weight of animal, what does a particular pet eat or where in the world does this pet come from?
